Roadside Assistance Benefit

What number do I call for roadside assistance?

In an emergency, call the toll free number on your card or log in above—you'll find the number on the Roadside Assistance page.

Are all cars in my household eligible?

Yes, this benefit is available to you, your spouse, and any other legal drivers living in the household.

What does the assistance include?

Towing to nearest authorize repair facility, Winching/Vehicle Extrication, Lock-Out Service, Fuel Delivery, Flat Tire change with member’s spare, Jump starts

How will they find me if my car breaks down?

You will provide your location information when you call the toll free number on your membership card.

Is there a limit as to how many times I can use the roadside assistance?

There is a three claim limit per year for each active membership, with the maximum amount of $100 per service.

A 30-day waiting period applies after the Membership Effective Date

How do I know where I can take my car for routine maintenance?

Once you have logged into your account, enter your address or zip code for a list of repair and service centers near you.

How do I get my discount?

After you’ve located a provider you can download the certificate(s) you would like to use.  Present the certificate(s) at your selected service center for immediate savings.

Repair Reimbursement Benefit

How do I receive my benefits?

Log in to your account to download a claim form or call customer service. Complete the claim form, and return it to the address provided along with the required documentation.

Can I take my car to any repair shop?

Yes you can take your car to any licensed repair shop you wish, just be sure to keep receipts and invoices for any repairs.

How much does it cover?

You will receive 30% of the repair payment, up to $500 per repair, up to $1,000 per membership year.

Can I use this benefit immediately?

No, there is a thirty day waiting period from your effective date.
